Bought the RUKO F11 GIM and was very pleased how the drone handled. Was very surprised how clear the photos and videos were. Flew the drone about a year , then the controller would say it was fully charged, but when I turned it on it was only half charged. Contacted RUKO support and was very pleased how supportive and how quickly they solved my problem. Their support team is the best as I have never had a support team to be so quick to solve a problem for me as they did. I will be ordering more drones from them in the future. A big shout out for the RUKO support team. Thank you for taking care of me so quickly.
